Ribbon blender is suitable for handling large dry and wet powder volume. It consists of a horizontal 'U' tough with horizontally installed mixing shaft. 

 

Technical Features

This is specially designed to mix all the liquid and solid raw materials for complete mixing. As shown in the drawing inner and outer ribbons are in opposite directions to achieve continuous movement of the material along the axis and in both directions Top cover are provided with solid and liquid raw material opening. Discharge of material is through pneumatically operated bottom flap

Batch charging automation is achieved by mounting the blender on a load cell platform connected to all individual raw material feeders to control feed rate. Specially designed air spray nozzles are provided at the top to achieve uniform spraying of liquid raw materials

Generally batch time is taken as 15 to 20 minutes including charging and discharging of raw materials

The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously without breaking particles of powder. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. 

V - Blender V - Blender, such as the V-blender, are simple in concept and commonly used in industrial processes. They are employed to mix pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, fertilizers, plastics and many other particulate materials. V-blenders consist of two cylindrical sections joined at an angle of around 90°. The mixer is rotated about a horizontal axis, with mixing resulting from the tumbling motion of the particles. Internal baffles are sometimes used to improve mixing performance. V-blenders are designed for batch operation.
